- Develop, sell and execute effective Contracts with identified customer.
- Develop and keep updated an account plan.
- Call on customer wiring assignments as planned.
- Develop specific standards for merchandising range promotions activities for account to enhance image and gain share .
- Ensuring PVM products always available in each store.
- Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field.
- Work closely with MKT/ TMKT/ Finance/ Logistic.
- Monitor performance and compliance to Contracts.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Coordinating with MTS/ MTR to execute daily sales operation in assigned location.
- Lead problem solving and address team issue.
- Ensure clear communication an adherence of pricing and promotions.
- Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis.
- 5-7 years minimum Sales experience in FMCG industry preferably.
- Experience of impulse product categories / managing the cash zone (e.g. gum, snacks, chocolate confectionery, condoms, batteries, etc) is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation Skills.
- Strong experience with Modern Trade.
